Experience & Background
Ignacio's professional journey began at the prestigious Viña Cobos, where he spent six formative years as second winemaker under the direct mentorship of legendary California winemaker Paul Hobbs. This invaluable experience shaped his approach to winemaking, instilling the meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence that has defined his career. Following Viña Cobos, he joined forces with Luis Barraud and Andrea Marchiori, consulting on distinguished wine projects throughout Argentina's premier wine regions.
